Rachel is from Georgia originally and went to the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree, followed by the University of North Georgia for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has become a Certified Manual PhysicalTherapist (CMPT) and has completed other continuing education coursework including Dry Needling certification.

She enjoys exercising/running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kevin and son, Paul.
